Impact Graduates Moving on to New Challenges

Following a historic year for the Club, Kingston Impact wants to wish the best of luck to our graduating players.

Last spring saw our U19 Boys win the club’s first Division 1 Provincial Championship, and our JUEL team work through the adversity of losing its strongest player to finish well in their league. All of the graduating players are thanked for the time and effort they put into our teams as they moved from Atom to the Junior age groups, and for the role modelling they have provided our younger athletes through their work at camps, the D-League, and through officiating.

In particular we would like to wish our players who are moving on to play post-secondary basketball good luck. From our U19 girls program, Bryn Reynolds will be attending Carleton University;  Alexa Sawchuk will play for the Laurier Golden Hawks; and Kaleigh Coco is moving on to King’s College in Hailfax.

From our U19 Boy’s team, Luka and Cole Syllas will be suiting up for their hometown Queen’s Golden Gaels; while Ben Shovellor is moving on to play at Dalhousie University; and Brodie Byford will play for the Loyalist Lancers in Belleville. Finishing off our graduating class are two long time Impact players, Tommy Pendergast and Tanner Hawley,  who will switch to playing football for Queen’s University.

Thanks again to all for your energy, time, and commitment.
