Dear Impact Community,

The club is hosting the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, November 29th, at 7:00 PM in the library at Kingston Secondary School.

The purpose of the AGM is to:

• Provide public information to the membership related to the operations, finances, and vision of the club.
• Elect executive positions.  There are nine positions in the club, five are up for re-election this year at the AGM.
  • Anyone is welcome to self-nominate for election to the executive.
  • Current coaches and executive members are eligible to vote.
• If you are interested in a position on the executive, please attend the meeting or contact president@kingstonimpact.ca. 

Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM.  The AGM is a forum for the broader membership to address the club executive.

If any member of the club has an item or motion for the agenda, it must be submitted in writing one week prior to president@kingstonimpact.ca.  Additions to the agenda will not be taken from the floor at the meeting.
