The Kingston Impact is looking for a Club Technical Manager to help support the development of our players and coaches.

The Technical Manager is responsible for shaping the overall player development strategy, mentoring coaches, and ensuring the program’s success through structured training and effective leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of basketball coaching principles, player development, and program management.

The Technical Manager will design and implement training programs, mentor coaches, and ensure that all players receive high-quality instruction tailored to their developmental needs.
