For girls in or about to enter high school COBE Basketball is providing an opportunity to prepare for your upcoming season.

Tune Up For Try-outs

This summer, don’t just train, transform at the COBE Performance Training Camp.

August 25-28- Girls Only.

For serious high school + rep players (Grades 8–12).

Recovery education

Daily Schedule

  • 9:30am: Arrival
  • 9:45am-10:45am: Strength Training @ COBE Training
  • 10:45-11am: Break
  • 11am-12:30pm: Skills Session
  • 12:30pm-1:15pm: Lunch/ Swim / Rest
  • 1:15pm-2pm: Stretching / Core work / plyometrics
  • 2pm-2:15pm: Break
  • 2:15-3:45pm: Game Scrimmage
