LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO PLAY THIS FALL?

In partnership with the Kingston Impact Basketball Club, COBE Basketball will be launching their new 4x4 Recreational League starting October 15th. 

4x4 basketball offers all the benefits of traditional 5x5 play - teamwork, defense, strategy, and flow- while giving athletes more space to operate and more touches on the ball. With fewer players on the court, spacing improves, decision-making becomes faster, and each athlete gets more opportunities to handle, pass, and score, accelerating skill development and confidence.

All games will have a referee and be moderated to ensure competitive teams, and balanced ball distribution.

NOTE: While the Impact is partnering to deliver this program, COBE will be managing the operations. All questions related to the program should go through info@cobetraining.com.

Monday​

• Girls ages 8 -11: 6:30pm-7:45pm
• Girls ages 12-18:  7:45pm-9pm

Wednesday

• Boys ages 8 -11: 6:30pm-7:45pm
• Boys ages 12-18:  7:45pm-9pm
•  

Sunday

• Co-Ed ages 5-7: 10am-11:15am       (* 30 mins skill development/ 45 min 4 x 4 game play)

HOW IT WORKS

Players register individually, and each week new teams of four are created from the attending group to keep games fair and competitive. Every team will play at least 3–4 games per night, with each game running 10 minutes.

WHERE THE GAMES ARE PLAYED

All games will be played at the BGC South East, West End Community Centre.
