Kingston's Jerred Kinstler was one of three Kingston Impact Boys Players that made it to the final round of selection for Team Ontario.

The Regiopolos Notre Dame S.S. student, who will be entering Grade 12 this season, recently completed an extensive tryout process with Team Ontario. Despite not being named to the active roster for the U17 Boys team that is competing at Nationals in British Columbia, Jerred was rewarded for his consistent effort, game sense, and strong outside shooting by being named one of the three alternates for the team.

This comes on top of a very successful club season, where he helped lead the Kingston Impact U17 Boys team to a first ever CYBL Gold Medal, and a Division 1 OBA Bronze Medal in Niagara Falls in May.

Special congratulations are also directed to Oliver Engen and Grady McAuley who also were among the final athletes involved in Team Ontario Selection for the U13 and U14 Boys programs.
