With the end of the U16 Boys division, we are now done with the Spring League until next year. Please check our website in January 2025 for details about the next season.

May 10, 2024 -  Championship Week is here!

During your final night, all teams will play 2 games and please note the change in location. All games will be played at Regiopolis-Notre Dame C.H.S.

March 8, 2024 - Schedules are now available for the U12 & U14 age divisions below.

Coaches in the U12 & U14 divisions should have already reached out to players. If you have not received an email or call by Wed March 13, please contact springleague@kingstonimpact.ca.

In the U16 division, we have started to form teams but are still looking for a few coaches. If interested, please email president@kingstonimpact.ca.

U16 Boys - RSEQ Division

• Wednesday Evenings
• Apr 3 - June 12 (Not Apr 10)
• 5v5
• Grades 9-10
• Born 2008-2009
• 10 games
• Full size courts at Queen's
• Cost $175

U14 Boys - OCAA Division

• Monday evenings
• March 15 - May 13 (except Easter Monday Apr 1)
• 5v5
• Grades 6-8
• Born 2010-2012
• Grade 6's may play "up" but this is really intended for experienced players who are able to play with the older players.
• Cost $85
• Locations will be St. Francis of Assisi and JR Henderson P.S.

U14 Girls - AUS Division

• Wednesday evenings
• March 20 - May 15 
• 5v5
• Grades 6-8
• Born 2010-2012
• Grade 6's may play "up" but this is really intended for experienced players who are able to play with the older players.
• Cost $90
• Locations will be St. Francis of Assisi and Molly Brant.

U12 Boys - Canada West Division

• Tuesdays evenings
• March 19 - May 14
• Grades 4-6
• Born 2012-2014
• 4v4
• Cost $90
• Locations will be at Welborne P.S. and St. Francis of Assisi.

U12 Girls - OUA Division

• Grades 4-6

Coaches

Last year we had coaches volunteer to run 30 teams. Without them, this league would not be possible. If you are interested in volunteering to coach or be involved in the league in some other capacity, please submit your information using this form:

Volunteer

• Each player will receive a t-shirt or equivalent to keep
• 7 or 8 league games + at least 2 playoff games
• Modified FIBA rules will be used
• Board Approved Referees
• 1 hour game slots
• Equal playing time
• Game Slots will be approximately:
  • 6:00 pm
  • 7:00 pm
  • 8:00 pm
• No practices - just games
