Schedule U12 & U14

• All regular-season programming for the U12 & U14 age groups will take place at Regiopolis-Notre Dame Catholic High School.
• Programming runs for 8 weeks, from April 21-23 to June 16-18.
• Spring League Championship Weekend will be hosted Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13—additional details will be available closer to tournament weekend.
• Session format is as follows:

• Week 1 will be an evaluation session to help establish equality of teams based on skill level.
• Week 2 will be an introductory session/practice with your teammates and coach.
• Weeks 3-8 will be 6 league games.

Championship Weekend is set for June 12-13 where every team will be guaranteed at least 2 games.

Game playing rules are important to be familiar with ahead of the season however, coaches will also help players learn the rules of the game.

Schedule U16 Boys & Girls

• All games at the U16 age group will be played at Regiopolis-Notre Dame Catholic High School.
• Programming runs for 8 weeks, from April 21-22 to June 16-17.
• U16 programming runs immediately after U14 on both evenings. We encourage our older Impact athletes to connect with younger players as they come and go from the gym, building club culture and creating a strong mentorship environment.

U12 Girls - OUA Division

• 8 weeks, 1 hour per week

Last year we had coaches volunteer to run 40 teams. Without them, this league would not be possible. If you are interested in volunteering to coach or be involved in the league in some other capacity, please submit your information using this form:

Volunteer

• Each player will receive a reversible jersey to keep
• 6 league games + at least 2 playoff games
• Modified FIBA rules will be used
• Board Approved Referees
• 1-hour game slots
• Equal playing time
• Game Slots will be:
  • 6:00 pm
  • 7:00 pm
  • 8:00 pm (U16 boys only)
